Yeah, the software may be $97 for life, but remember she's offering a service using HER time so of course she's going to charge a bit more because you, after all, are paying someone to do work you don't want to do.
Here's another analogy for you clowns: You go to a restaurant and order Chicken Parm. We all know Chicken Parm costs ingredients are going to cost around $3 and yet it says on the menu $12.99. Are you going to get the manager and tell him you are only going to pay $3 because you can go home and make it for $3? The manager will tell you to go home because the price is higher than the food cost because you are paying someone to cook the food you don't feel like making at the moment. And of course, why can't a few bucks be profit? Other people do have bills to pay...
I think the bottom line is: You think the price is jacked up then leave and go find someone else or do it yourself. Do you flip out at a store because the price of an item is too high? Get a life...not everything can be free.
