You also cannot:

• Use any Shutterstock image as part of a trademark, service mark....
• Resell or share Shutterstock image licenses.

I don't care personally, as in I'm not looking to get you in trouble with Shutterstock but you should set buyers expectations correctly. Is that statement above correct and you are not allowed to resell or pass rights? Or have you bought a different kind of license?
