First bump of the new year!

I must say that it's been an exciting last couple of months for our business. From dealing with overload of orders, difficulty in maintaining quality, to struggling with hiring and training new recruits, it has been a bumpy yet extraordinarily rewarding ride!

Now, we're preparing to deliver a more than quarter of a million words per month and I'm sure the Writer Shark will be ready to face any challenge head on. We owe a great debt to the people we've connected in the last two years, among which a huge number came through BHW. Thank you! Our business wouldn't have succeeded without you!

We won't be taking as many new orders this year because most of our attention would go to keeping our existing client base happy. But for now, we would be glad to take on 1-2 bulk orders (over 10,000 words) and expand our reach. We also plan on doing some giveaways at a later date to thank the community.

There won't be as many bumps to this thread in 2020 (hopefully), but that's a sign that we already work and steadily growing. That's all I got to say now
