I got a free Review copy.
First the bad: It did take a bit of time to get the results back.
Good: I am extremely impressed with the quality of the work and the amount of depth that i got from this review order. I got links from many different sources
and the articles were written were above average. Overall this appears to be a great service and will be on my short list of products to order.

I bought LinkZo's $75 package and since PayPal wasn't an option (both of us are from India), he was willing to accept Bitcoin.
I sent him $75 worth fo BTC according to the latest rates of that time and discussed my content requirements.
He was not able to get my press release out due to the nature of content even though I had been upfront about it from the beginning. I don't blame him for that.
So I asked him to refund my money, which took him more than two weeks to process even after constant reminders from my side. I gave him the option to send BTC or send a bank transfer whichever is the most convenient for him.
He finally gave me a refund... Not for $75 but for $65 worth of INR. When I asked him about it, he said this is the USD to INR rate which is absolutely not the case.
I don't have the time or patience left to pursue this further just to gain $10 but I felt obligated to share my experience with other members of BHW.
TL;DR: LinkZo couldn't fulfill my order and refunded with great reluctance and only after constant reminders from my side. Even then, the refund was only partial and he doesn't see anything wrong with it.
I wouldn't recommend his service based on my experience.

Don't you need to update your refund policy?
You should clearly mention you only give partial refunds even when you fail to deliver your service. Or was I a special case?
