I may be interested but I couldn't understand how to pay for all that ? I may take cheapest package for 1 website to try it out. But do you take Paypal ? I just see I can't get refund if will pay via bank transfer, check or Western Union or something like that. That makes sense.

I'm not sure what you mean, we'll refund you however you pay. Right now we only take PayPal/CC.

I cannot find the invoice #, can you email support at stressfreehost.com and we'll get you upgraded.
Please make sure to contact support, we do not monitor BHW 24/7 like we do our support center. There has been no major outages however just to let potential customers know.
When you make comments like this on the thread, it really takes away from the purpose of it. If someone is generally unhappy or happy with our service, please feel free to post your review here. Or if you have certain questions that need to be answered before signing up, post! If it's just a support question, email us. That's why we have a support team.
Saying your site is down when we have thousands of websites on our platform could turn potential new customers away, which is not fair to the business as we've got a pretty good reputation here at BHW. We're completely transparent about our company, whether that be outages, new products, pricing, etc. Pretty much anything that is going on is public knowledge.
