The OP provided the largest service in a very timely manner and the sites check out. The content... it's unique but not spectacular and the sites are your typical PBN sites.

Unique wordpress themes on the sites and the content itself was unique as well. They almost all have, "proudly powered by WP" and the theme name with a link in the footer but that could be by design.

My Review:
Op site's DA and PA is good, site setup is professional. As for price it is cheapest for quality op is giving.

Webpage:
The pages are nice done PBNs with the metrics as offered.
I received a TF 25 and TF 18 Link.
Theme is different and well done ... i would say with a little more love than average in the PBNs offered.

I was fortunate to get a review copy for 2 blog posts, but I provided the articles.
The domains are expired dropped, nicely setup with social buttons and nice theme, DA 18 & 19, TF 18 & 25.
For this price you cannot go wrong.

REVIEW - I was fortunate to receive a review copy of 2 posts.
CONTENT - The content wasn't perfect, but it was readable, on point and came back 100% unique.
BLOGS - The TF and DA were 25 19 and 27 18. The backlink profiles were CLEAN.

The sites look very natural. Both sites did have the "Powered by Wordpress" in the footer.

OVERALL - Based on metrics, price and turnaround this gets a 10/10.

• Social sharing plugins were different plugins although they looked similar (I checked) so no obvious footprint.

Content

• Site 1 = 285 words, copyscape passed
• Site 2 = 324 words, copyscape passed
• Spun but not the worst I have seen.

Communication

• Easy to deal with and quick to answer.

Basically, everything that @expresseo said he would deliver in his BST was present and correct. $25 for 20 x high TF/CF blog posts is pretty decent and should help but it would be interesting if OP has some case studies for how each of the 3 packages effect SERPs.

My review

I was fortunate to get a review copy for 2 blog posts.

The domains were dropped expired registered last year, DA TF 20 or slightly above, the WP designs were reasonable, 2 different non default themes, using images. The content was quite good and seemed manually written. Private whois was used.

For this price which I believe is between $1 and $2 per post, you get what is described in OP and this is near the lowest price for such PBN. I did not notice any particular footprint.

site: sites are looking good, different theme were used on each of them.

anchor profile: clean

it's totally worth it's cheap price.

Also the articles is high spun articles which i checked and see they pass copyscape for sure. As I provided the articles for the 2 posts, I can't say anything about content.

Even though the websites use free themes, I appreciate that each one has a different theme.

I mean, we are also from India, cannot pay over Paypal to other folks in India (but can pay on Paypal to other folks outside India), and of late there have been multiple cases where I have tried to order, after I built the form the seller turned out to be Indian (knew that by Paypal failing to take the payment), and in at least two cases the order could not be further processed for several reasons all rooted to the issue with money transfer - and I had to lose the time and effort of preparing the order.
