Summary
I asked @luc1f3r.n008 to create 2 HTML5 PBN sites and 2 WordPress PBN sites for me to review. Three days later (the review was conducted over the weekend), he sent links to the four websites he developed in the niche I requested. Nearly everything was as advertised, and you can see from my notes below for more information.

Service Highlights

• All four of the sites were unique and none of them used the same content
• The layouts of the website were all different, as advertised.
• The sidebars were unique for the most part.
• The basic pages were included on the website.
• The articles included, while not the greatest, are readable.

What Could Use Improvement

• While the sites were definitely different from one another, the "about me" section of the sidebars appeared on all four website. However, it's important to note that the specific style of the "About me" widget was different on each site.
• Personally, I think it would've been nice if this service offered to set up diversified domain and hosting packages for customers, but this is the seller's choice and I can understand why they wouldn't would to deal with it.
• The seller forgot to close the comments section on the WordPress websites, although this is a minor mistake that I'm sure the seller would have been happy to correct.

Additional information

• As this service does not provide domains or web hosting, footprints surrounding those will need to be taken care of by you. Of course, @luc1f3r.n008 does offer a guide on purchasing them, as stated in their thread.

I was offered chance to try this out with a free site set up.

Communication throughout was very good.
The site set up is good, looks like a genuine and authentic site.
All pages were complete ( legal ones ), there were a couple of ads and videos.
WP theme used was clean.

Good service, quickly delivered.

Wow! I got a WP website builded by the seller, and I have to say that:
- TAT is really fast: 3 days including sunday!
- theme and plugins are perfect, good for have diversity on the PBN
- price is cheap, any other webmaster charge more on upwork or freelancer
- the text passed copyscape check, and it's also written with good english grammar
- the article include images and video
- good website design.

Excellent job indeed, I will order my future PBN building here!

Just had two sites done to test the service before I order more.

The sites look great, like real websites. The content is clearly written by a non-native English speaker but is readable by humans, and of course, not everyone who owns a website speaks perfect English, so I have no problem with that.

I am very happy with the service, and the price is great, so I will continue working with @luc1f3r.n008 as I build my network.
