Most were "Google Partners" trying to sell me SEO which was rather humorous and Yelp also called.

This is worth what he is charging for sure.

The first report sent was actually wrong, half of it was mine, half of it was someone else's, however, the seller was quick to fix it and send the proper report.

The report had exactly what was advertised in the thread.

Anchor text was followed according to what I requested which is great since a lot of sellers in BHW just ignore instructions.
