You gonna be daily harassed by laywers that represent movie and tv studios.

I used to run a similiar site to this and I can tell you once it get's popular you will only see invoices to pay due to the amount of bandwidth these type of sites consume.

Until your website is really popular you will receive notice one time per few months, no one will care about you

How easy is it to deal with these problems and notices/invoices? I live in the UK so I'd imagine it would be very difficult for me to circumvent these problems. Of course, I doubt it would matter if you live in a third world country where you won't be pursued and can do this stuff hassle-free.

Yes it's true, you have no idea how big money you can make if you are very good in seo or have big social media pages, but as @Viniyois said, you have to work smart and hard to achieve it

This free script you're talking about is propably a wordpress theme. If you want a big website, wordpress just won't do, it will be slow, laggy and easy to hack. If you're talking about another script, then it's propably outdated (since its free), bugged and doesn't work good (believe me I tested such scripts but they didn't work the way I wanted so I made my own perfect script with plenty of additional user activities, working perfectly on every device and OS).

Wordpress is used by some of the most recognizable brands in the world (magazines, newspapers, shops, etc.) with millions of users worldwide, without any lag or something like that and Wordpress is one of the most (if not the most) secure CMS systems currently available.

By "ready machine" you mean the website with a lot of movies in it, or the VPS? Because as I said in my previous comment you can simply run an "Auto Embed" and generate hundreds of movies within minutes.
