I understand your situation, and I'm really sorry for that, really.

However, not returning emails for more than a week, and then coming here saying that you will respond in few hours, and then gone again for another week, is WRONG.

Especially because it happens over and over again. You provide great content, you really do, but god, you can find just a MINUTE answering to your clients' emails. Especially if they placed $600+ order last time you talked for them.

I'm really holding myself from opening a Paypal dispute because I understand what you're going through, but if you can't be available for next days/weeks/months/years - YOU NEED TO SAY.

I will ask for a refund and get it from someone else, no bad blood, really. You need to understand you're working with ONGOING BUSINESSES. You can't just be gone for such long time after accepting tons of orders. Doesn't matter how hard the situation is.

Edit: I just opened a dispute, it's WAY too much time.

Story sounds similar to mine. I've been holding back for awhile to do a paypal dispute myself. I'm just hoping for the best.

You're absolutely right. I agree.

I take full responsibility, and anyone that works with me will get a full explanation today and those handful that I accepted a full order from before what happened will get a refund if thats their choice. I didn't process yours but a team member did when they logged in to see what was going on.

That said.

For the record to everyone,

It is my fault. All of it, I let myself break down over the past three months and I haven't delivered a goddamn thing to the standard that I should've, let alone respond to an email. For those that shared kind notes to me, we patient, and tried to help me out in my absensce, thank you.

But above all, I take full responsibility, and unlike the past few times I vanished, I'm back like John Wick. I grieved, got over my sickness and injury, and after this extended . break which as shitty as it was for me to take, had to be taken. I realize I was a totem pole for many of you for years, months, or even a few orders, and I gave you quality and then betrayed your trust by giving up because I did, I have processed the first few refunds, and ANYONE that wants one, (though it should be a handful max since a portion of my team did their thing in my absence) can have one.

I'm no longer sick, grieving, broken down, nothing. I am better than I've been in years and that last bit of extra time made a massive difference. I will prove it, and re-earn the trust you've all placed in me to this point, but the changes I will implement for accountability on my side (as well as client side) will be substantial and will ensure compelte trannsparency and the ability to reach me day or night regardless of time zone.

Good to see you're back. Waiting for a reply.

As always, you said your customers should get full explanation today but I haven't got anything.
You should really follow what you promise, or people will stop believing you.
Just my 2 cents.

Hi,
I am glad to see you are back and recovering from your challenges. Life is sometimes more difficult for artists.

Please send samples. Social influencer niche please.

Best regards.

Sincerely,

TheEye

Just an update about my situation.
He actually contacted me few days ago with long explanation and sent a refund which is still delayed as he sent it as E-check payment or something like that.
Since then, haven't heard from him again (5 days ago), and my "refund" is still frozen.

Thanks for wasting so much of my time.

Sadly I feel like I'm in the same position. I really wanted the content and waited quite some time for it as I knew it was going to be a major project which has been holding back the launch of my product.

I will have to recuse myself here, as I'm still owed a bunch of articles and have also been promised a load more free as compensation.
So we're in the same situation.
Honestly I'm exhausted of getting an email saying "I'm back" once a week and then gone again.

So nobody is going to do anything about this situation?
My money (and I'm sure others' as well) is locked for almost a month now.
BTW, the refund failed.

I've spoken with @JamesBlake a few times over the past couple months of absence. He seems incredibly overwhelmed.

I had a sig line agreement with him for a while in exchange for content. After some late deliveries and strong lack of regular communication I removed the line from my signature. I know he had a car accident a while back and seems to be going through some very rough times. While I obviously don't run his BST, I'm surprised he continued to take new orders, unless these orders are all a month-plus old.

When I have received content from @JamesBlake it has always been stellar and well over the value proposed. Lack of communication as of late is problematic though. I'd recommend @BassTrackerBoats or a non-recused mod temporarily close the thread so he can sort through current orders and regain communication with buyers. I'd hate to see yet another high-quality content thread burn out.

I totally agree with you @Sherb, his content has been great and I hope all the best for @JamesBlake at this time. To give you and others context, I placed an order in June, and received a partial delivery in June and July and nothing for the past 6+ weeks. 75% of my order is still owed. He has communicated a couple of times since then and made promises to deliver, but hasn't done so. Still, I send whatever pixie dust and good vibes I can gather in his direction for a speedy recovery so business can move forward as usual.

So, everyone are just going to wait until he's back?
It could be years you know.
I suggest to atleast close the thread so more people won't order and have their money stuck.
