I'd suggest filing a PayPal claim. I ordered a week ago and never received anything or heard back from the seller so I filed a claim.

Seller has 3 days to get all outstanding orders fulfilled or provide status updates to customer's satisfaction. If this has not been completed by Monday 29th January, this thread will be closed until all outstanding orders have been provided.

Any potential customers are advised to either wait until this has been resolved or find an alternative service in the meantime.
