Permanant Links vs. Rent/Leased

Hi!

I had a question about the viability of permanent vs. rent/leased:

A lot of my competitors are always bleeding backlinks & always have to rebuild all the time.

Isn't it deal to be patient permanent only backlinks?

Also - what does it mean 5 month sticky? Does that mean it is rented and will fall after 5 months?

Sticky posts always appear on the home page right? So i think it means that your post will be on the home page for this period and then it will go into the blog's archive, which means that your post will exist but will have less visibility.

Sticky will be there for 5 months then will roll onto an inner page, but double check with the seller.

I personally prefer the monthly link rental option, as I know the links are there 13 months later ( provided I am paying ) and the domains/sites aren't abandoned by the sellers.
Continuing work by the seller on the monthly rental means the domains retain their power.

Very good! Yes - guess each side has it's risk to be managed. That's why I guess my competitors are constantly losing links - either they stopped paying their v endors of the sites went offline... thanks Mister F!

Can anyone tell me a good seller here who offer the back link rental services?

Go for monthly link rental service or build your own PBNs

Still don't get why renting is better. I get that if the quality of links are up & down & are worried that the webmaster will burn the site. But if the vendor is giving high DA/TF links then assumedly he has spent a lot of time building and maintaining it and the likelihood of abandoning the domain are much lower vs monthly link rental which means you always have those fixed costs. Especially when they have domain ages of 3-5 years+. Woudn't this be more applicable for sites that have lower domain ages & lower DA/TF?
