Permalink Redirect

I've had a blog for about 2 years and just learned that the format should be:

website/%title%

Right now it's website/%date%/%title%, so I want to change the old article's permalinks to the one above.

However, I'm not too confident on using this plugin that yoast suggested:
urbangiraffe plugin redirection - it doesn't allow me to give the actual link.

Can anyone please give me which settings I should use so I won't get broken links once I change the permalinks. thanks in advance!

I recently changed several of my blogs permalink structure, what you really need to do is make sure that you have a 301 redirect on all the old links, their are plugins that you can do this with, if you use platinum seo it will do this automatically. Best of luck

Will this platinum seo work on websites or just blogs?
