Periscope Tools?

Does anyone know of apps/bots/websites that will help you with following targeted Periscope users? Preferably automated but open to manual as well...Can't seem to find many tools out there for Periscope!

You can always follow another account's followers in the official Periscope app but you can only go so fast when doing this manually. Also hard to track people who you need to unfollow...
