Perhap a quiz with the T&C on BHW

Just a thought, perhaps when you have to accept the T&C's here on BHW, you should put a 5 or 10 question quiz after the acceptance of them. From reading the posts made by people, I see that people are accepting them without reading them...Just do something like this (example)

1- Are you allowed to talk about e-whoring? (yes or no)

2- Are you allowed to ask for Diggs? (yes or no)

3- Before requesting/posting downloads, what section should you read?
(Site Terms the "Do Not Share" List The Shit list)

4- Posts about Cookie Stuffing go in what section?
(Making Money Programming Social Networking Forbidden Topic)

etc. etc. That way, even if people guess the answer, they cannot say the ever popular ( I didn't know...Sorry) and perhaps it might weed out a whole lot of useless threads and also make it crystal clear as to why they were temp/perm banned.

Yeah, this place is just getting flooded with DP retards asking all kind of stupid things
