perfectvoucher.com is it scam or legitimate ?

Hello as currencies are fucking too complicated to buy them online, i decided to loaded my perfectmoney account via wire but that was impossible so i had to look for alternative ways and i found perfectvoucher. i talked to them by e mail as i was interested to buy 5000k so they offer me a very excellent rate which i couldn t resiste but hey wait ?
the offer looks too good to be truth.
i made a quick search on google and most reviews were negative. i return to them asking for explantion and i was told those reviews made by hackers and we are a reseller of onevoucher.com
this company is based in UK.

they got me lost as i still suspect they legitimate....
so anyone tested them before ? please share your comment and let s find out as exchaning curriences nowadays is riskest step you would do as you can lost money within afew seconds.

I think that they are legitimate.

Haven't heard of them but the reviews alone would be enough to put me off.

For sure they are scammers. There are a lot of complaints about them on Facebook and other websites. Think yourself. PerfectMoney is not very "kosher" payment system from western point of view. It doesn't have enough verification to avoid "terrorism funding" and "tax avoidance", and western countries use these 2 labels as some sort of ritual curse before execution.
Now lets think about PayPal. It is very "good" and "white" payment system that of course prohibits to withdraw its funds via such "wasps nest" as PerfectMoney. Any legal exchanger that will sell PerfectMoney vouchers for PayPal without any verification like perfectvoucher.com claims to do will not survive longer than some weeks. PayPal will simply close its account and steal all money "for people, for the good, for manking brotherhood". So, the fact that perfectvoucher.com exists at all shows that it is scam. And 6% fee is for sure not good payment for theirs risk.
Of course, it is possible to exchange PayPal to PerfectMoney, however, it is done much less publicly and for much higher fee. Don't trust in too good offers, they are usually scam.

I eat the black with them. I sent them a $100 e-voucher from Perfect Money. 8 working days have passed and there is nothing. I sent them my debit card info. Now I should see with my bank. In short, scammers.
