PerfectTracking = Scam?

Wow just found this thread.
I used to be really close with Kirill, talked to him on the phone heaps. Made a solid $20k through him but backed off as he was impossible to get ahold of.
@dnreg your the $150k man??? Kirill told me your method, was pretty genius I must say.
But yea I backed off, I think he owed me a couple hundred but I don't really care.
I was his first publisher so he quite liked me
But yea if anyone wants any help lemme know.

This really agitates me. I never used Perfect Tracking, but I know for a fact they contacted publishers with "movie" and "TV" sites to try and sway them away from other gateway companies to Perfect Tracking. Regardless of whether it is in the ToS or not, to contact publishers who are doing this EXACT practice and ask them to join, only to screw them over later, is just outright ridiculous.
Once again, I have to say that he is fine to reject copyrighted material. But to accept it in one instance, and then revoke all payments a couple of months down the track is an outright scam.

Bare in mind, payments are probably made manually, therefore they may take some time to process. Give them a bit of time. If this still fails, call the layer!
