1- Nice and simple design
2- Affiliated ads from CJ
3- Complete product detail
4- Will do SEO
5- Try to increase PR from N/A to atleast PR3
6- With in one month my site will get 50+ Organic traffic from Google on my Targeted keyword

If i sell it on Flippa, how much will i get?

Please suggest if i am missing something.
