What percent does your twitter account get follwing back off follows?

I followed 250 today in Tweet Attacks and got 33 followers follow me back.

Decent conversion rate? What is average?

Mate if you follow real and active followers then only you can expect follow back
Follow those who are having large numbers of followers and you can expect 75-80% follow back....

What kind of method are you using to recruit followers? You should try something else that's way low.
