We get it here by a onetime payment of $99 and a monthly fee of 99$ a T1 with 30 channels. If u use realy a T1 i now understand your technology. Nice and simple...

Pete will get now the 19 times of money for the same service. Subscribers have payed by 4 videos to upload each day 49$. Now costs the same by a lifetime of 30 days 950$. This isnt the service worth.

After this statement from Pete and his behavior here, i will definitely my money charge back of the last 2 months. I hope it will make more subscribers to cancle her subscription.

You have all the right to call your bank, tell them you were a victim of an internet fraudster that promised to deliver a service and just took your money and ran. They will reverse the charges.

Also, if you paid via a billing processor, you might want to contact them first and explain the situation. They might even cancel his account which would prevent other people from becoming victims.

If you live in Canada, where I believe he's based, you might want to take him to court for fraud or just file a complaint to the BBB or consumer affairs office.

Apparently it costs $79 to run JumpStart?? You don't just go to hostgator & spend $79 on a dedicated server, its not that simple. To build 1 single gateway its takes 5,000 man hours, its not just hook up a server and everything is great. If it were that simple, I wouldn't be the only one supplying views.

A direct T1 connection with bell is $2900, I pay it right now. You can live in denial all you want.

If you want a refund all you have to do is email me, I ever said I wouldn't give it! Amazing how you jump to conclusions (yet again). Anyways, have fun on the phone filing your charge-back, it would be a lot easier to ask me directly (as I can do it in virtually 5 mins) but I'm sure you wouldn't want to speak to me directly.

yes iw ould like to know, it has been 2 weeks and still haven't recieved a response.... :sad:

Jumpstart is not perfect but no view system is and JS has been the only thing last year that was constantly updating as YouTube made upgrades.

There are a lot of comments saying that Peter has poor customer service but my experience in communicating with him through emails has always been pleasant. I've always gotten a response in a timely manner whenever I had a question or if there was an issue during a YouTube upgrade or server change.

I know the prices for the new JS are a great deal higher than what the old system costs but I don't think it is fair to say he is greedy for trying to actually make a profit here. The fact is that JS was initially sold very cheaply. It would be like if the Ipod came out selling for $20 and then Apple realized they were losing money so the new version out a year later sells for $200. I'm just surprised Peter kept this going for so long while it was sold so cheaply. Plenty of people would have canceled the service and raised prices right away so I'm not sure I buy all this talk about him not caring about the customers.

I'm not here to defend each and everything about Peter or JS. Neither is perfect and I totally understand that people are upset when they feel as though they aren't getting what they thought they were buying. I just wanted to share my experience and say that overall, I got more than my money's worth out of JS last year and along the way felt Peter treated me fair.

You took down contact information on the website, don't update your twitter, and the forum's been down for god knows when. If I'm paying for a monthly subscription, I should be receiving what I paid for. I'm not cheep. I pay what I need to pay, but when I pay for something like this, and receive nothing, that pisses me off! If changes are happening, UPDATE us to our FACES! I shouldn't have to read through these web pages, it should be on your website. Yes, I hope everything is completed with the new "server'... if there even is one. But subscribers should receive the views they paid for, not NO VIEWS AT ALL! Plus he hasn't replyed to any of my emails. Actually reply to the people, don't just leave people hanging.

I honestly think this is all due to bad business sense. Pete, you originally should've done a bit more research before settling on those prices. You probably would've ended up with a profit if you'd started off with a higher price range. People would have paid because of the potential to make money. But, hindsight is 20/20.

Now with js online, again, is your bad business sense coming into play. What you should have done was given incentives for people to cancel their sub and move over to ultimate, thus eliminating that money-sink you so desperately want to be rid of. I don't know how much of a profit you make with it, but I'd be willing to bet you could've looked into a different pricing structure that would be both profitable to you and appealing to old customers. People are willing to pay more if there's still an opportunity for profit.

Sure you have people that willingly switched over, but I think you could be making a lot more if you handled things with more tact rather than burning bridges left and right.

Guys stop mixing the bullshit, JS price has been dropped by 40% since release. You can get 1 credit as low as 20c if you buy 1,000 credits. And thats like $6 per 10,000 views, so if you wanna bitch about prices go kill yourself.

Also, apparently you cant read, JS2 is DISCONTINUED. There will be however slot-per-video system on JSO soon.

U must now pay for 10k views (at the cheapest option) 12.50$!

1000 credits costs 250$ and this are 200k at views - not 200$ for 1000 credits. But it is so or so to expensive. I do not re-earn this with Adsense on this views that it pays off.

And this views u will get only if the JSO is work!!! I've try it and i can say... i had get for 300 credits ~ 35k views. not the promised 60k on views!
This was in my case costs of 2.85$ for 1k on views. And it was for me the first and the last try by this buggy system of JSO. But JS was only buggy to - but the price was ok... by the old terms of 200k/video and a lifetime of 30 - 45 days. I can understand if JS take the price higher at 30 - 40%... but mor is it not worth.

Sorry... i give peter now 2 weeks to restart the js. If this does not, I will ask for the last 2 months my money back. This is my support. Despite the many lies and crappy service.

can someone send me a copy of js2, i want to see if my playinator client id will work with js2...

Oh no ... not close. I would like to wait a week whether that was all a big lie again. It was her name in 2 - 4 weeks of the new server and it works come back! That's only one more week!

For now, the URLs are only still (if ever) for two days online. All a big joke ... but I'm waiting times and ...

I'm not turning on him at all. In fact, if I didn't care I wouldn't even had said what I said. Just ask the developer of Viewet how much of an asshole I was when it was breaking every 15 minutes, calling it a piece of crap, etc. He listened, and now Viewet is one of the leading view increasers out there. (he ultimately made me a moderator on the viewet forums) Why do I do these things? Simple, If I don't care for something, then I don't even bother. But if I see something worthwhile, then I chime in. Sometimes it;s hard, but I have the attitude that if you have a good system going, don't f*ck it up. And that's what I see going on in this thread.

Pete is a good guy overall. I have no issues with that. The thing that struck a chord with me was the way he started treating the core customers in which the business model of JS was put upon.

Plus the fact that there really is no communications between the business and customers. I used Playinator, which is a business partner of JS, yet try to communicate with them. You never get a reply. We're starting to think now that the guy who owns Playinator is dead. He hasn't been seen or heard of for weeks.

If I didn't have faith in Pete and JS, then I wouldn't even be in this thread. It was the wording he used that painted the core users on BHW as a bunch of freeloaders. That was when I stepped in. Hopefully what I said he listens to.

No idea what to say anymore. I find JSO perfectly fine.
