I haven't came here with zero knowledge about computer,I found this forum after I've been surfing hacking forums for years and learning a lot of technical stuff,then I started to learn how to monetize every single skill and it went perfect
Nice, I am also trying to learn about programming and stuff just in case maybe it will help me.

when i had 0 $ ( july, last year ) i learned photoshop, made some bucks in fiverr ( 208 to be exact, fiverr didn't had much competition back then ) .. started learning CPA, invested those $$ in buying domains + hosting + scripts + traffic....tried my luck in BH and boom since then, i haven't looked back.

Many years ago, I created a few free autoblog with blogspot and paste adsense on it.
Made a few bucks and I used the money to buy a domain and hosting account.
Although most of my blogspot blogs was taken down, they were a good starting point.
A few months ago, I tried tumblr blogs and it wasn't too bad either. Made $5/tumblr. Haha but it was cheap fun.

MY first blog ever was created in 2005/2006, it was created on blogger.com. I didn't invest single cent in to online biz, and now i have normal life, earning like 5 time and more then its average salary in my country.
So yes, if you put time in work, you can get same.

I started with nothing. Infact, I was in debt. I've slowly been clawing my way out and trying new things. Never give up and never look back. There will be plenty of failed projects and lots of tireless nights, but do not feel unmotivated. Keep pushing forward.
