So im doing this service, and give people quality for there money, and I have this guy that have been with me for awhile, now he allways pays late and stay away for a few weeks and then come back.
Now he have not payd me for some weeks and im thinking of putting him here in the shitlist, but also maybe I can give him a few days more before I do this.
Is it ok to deindex a client who dont pays? or should I just leave him and move on? I have several clients that pays more them him so working with him just cost me more time then it pays of. but money is money... any suggestions how to treat people who dont pay???

I just block them and usually if they're on a certain forum i met them from i will make a thread on them to warn other people.

I know what it feels like when people dont pay you. Its shit

I never do business via BHW or another places. But at my company's works if a client doesn't pay I simply shut down their websites or hosting accounts following the statements at the agreements made with the client.

Also I never give the source codes or else to the customer unless they finish the payments routine.

yeah it realy sucks, I have this rule, dont pay internet stuff for my own money, and this money I was supoced to get from him they where going to buy some private proxys, so now I can not even use my tweetattacks, because of this,

let me know not sure how i could repay you but i could find a way.

that sucks..........try and get your money then tell him he has to pay up front from now on if he wants to continue to use your service maybe?

Yes I already told him this, that from now on its money upfront, I run 2 companys in different contrys, also starting up in Portugal this are serioes companys and when ever I have to buy something I oay upfront, this is buisness im not in a resturant where I pay after eating, this is different.

I used to fall into that trap as well, i used to be to nice and give to many chances but now i kick their asses to the curb with the quickness.

I would be glad to help you but I do not find it correct to share the agreements for two reasons.

1. I m not supposed to be selling anything here I think without the permission of BHW forums.
2. The agreements vary as locations and rules and regulations change on each country and also customer.

If I think a customer is not trustable then I add some more chapters to the agreement and so on. With the help of a trustable lawyer of course.

I definitely advise you to go ahead to a lawyer who knows this business well and get the agreement templates from him. It will be surely better...

u just send me a message about hiring you. I cant reply I am new to the forum can you post an e-mail address so I can contact you Siluro

Not sure if its sound advice but I work in the uk I have an accounts women that works for me part time. On thrity days we phone and remind on 40 days we remind and warn that credit will be reviewed if its not settled by 60 days on Sixty days we send a letter from our solicitor with seven days warning and after that it gets passed to debut collection never gone to the debut collection option but I am about to as I keep getting promised a cheque which never emerges it costs me more to chase it, as far as I am concerned someone owes me money I will chase it at whatever costs.

if u find a client wont pay - but they have b4 give them a little
time, a few emails , if u get no response block them. move on
don't waste the time on them as they didn't really care about you

Because now this client I have, I put him on No1 page in several keywords, he is a company owner and he is late 3 weeks, he never answers emails and I have snet atleast 6....should I take away some of the backlinks made? I can not take them all but some atleast....is it correct to do so?

The correct thing to do is to fire him today. People do what they can get away with and if you let him do this now, he will repeat it again and again and again. Is his money really worth the mental stress he's causing you? Take back the time you're investing on him and use it to better service those costumers who spend the most and behave properly.

I would get rid of this client and move on.

Just because he is not professional in dealing with you
don't sabotage your own business by trying to get revenge
on him. It's not worth it.

If you got him to number one ranking , you can do it with
another client.
