People really copy designs??

See this all the time where people say their t shirt designs were ditto copied and makes me laugh. I mean copied how?

Suppose they took the design from amazon but they have to upload just the "graphic design" right? Then how can anyone copycat because no print on demand platforms has only the graphic design uploaded...all are with tee shirts etc

OR are they so skilled they create the entire design just by seeing? lol
