People are buying old godev acc. Why?

Hi,

I noticed that IM people in my fb groups are buying old google play dev account (2023 and lower creation date), they even willing to pay up to $600 per acocunt.

What are they going to use that acc?

Also because new accounts (from 11/23) need's to verify with 20 beta tester for 15 days, also old accounts has more trust for Google and maybe get better positions on listings.
