Penguin update - What need to concentrate to Google

Penguin update is over now. Now my rank is down. Previous rank was top 5 now 45 pages.

I updated Meta & use unique content.

How to improve ranking now. What will be techniques to use to get again rankings.

I sent reconsideration request to Google & got mail No manual spam.
