You will still need to dilute your backlink profile to make it more diverse rather than just High PR backlinks, it's about finding the perfect balance
 
All that misinformation to then promote his link removal service that he's likely outsourcing to linkdelete? A lot of hypothesis without any real data. What benefit is that to us?
