We were warned last week that the new Penguin "refresh" was coming out sometime this week if everything is on schedule. I put refresh in quotes because it is actually a rewrite of the algo that's reportedly taken a year for them to launch.

Anyone seeing anything?

I think it might be here already, this niche is heavily spammed:

Cumulative movement for one of my main local sites

Both results from yesterday. May or may not have to do with penguin, but is highly suspect considering both of this happened on the same day.

Hey Andrew, nothing new my end...YET
I see you do local SEO services, will add you on skype to chat about possible project.
Cheers.

You can check mozcast and as far as i can see there was now big update recently. I really think that Penguin 3.0 will fully change top results in most niches. I don't believe in that 3-5% search terms google is talking about.

Yeah it looks like Panda and Penguin are rolling right beside each other, will be interesting to see the final impact

I haven't noticed anything myself yet, but we'll see if there's been an update over the next several days.

seeing nothing there,my site just dancing as usual

Just minimal movements for me locally, nothing drastic anyway!

I thought we definitely would have seen it roll out over this long weekend starting on this past Friday, but I guess not. A Google rep though confirmed if they saw any bugs upon initial testings that it would be delayed.

A slight decrease in traffic [around 3-4%] on all of my sites. So definitely something is going on.

How about you churn GSA blasted sites, anybody running one seen difference?

I keep hearing chatter talk about it but not seeing anything yet for our sites or clients.

I saw some movement yesterday one site we hadn't touched for a few weeks made a jump...seems like they were at least testing something...

Right now I can't see any changes, its possible by local services if you are using, if you observe ranking going down must contact services provider & take this issue very serious.

So is everyone that sees a little movement in their rankings going to open a new thread with the question "are you hity by Penguin/Panda?" ? 0_o

You must have missed both the memos from Google I take it.
