Google Penguin Hit What to do Next ? guide me..

site No 1
its from few months already 2 year old domain i send it Scarapebox blast on www.name.com content was not so original.
now i have removed many old page change path for few pages/ Booked domain name for 4 more years, add new fresh content what else i must do domw related to 301 page ?

site No 2 just few days ago i gave some one for AMR + Senuke xcr Blast by mistake guy ping all links so not Penguin Hit bad sites in no where..
here i have changed path for many old pages changed anchor test as well, added many new images + videos + added fresh Pages as well, what esle i must do here...

If you have not already done so, I would suggest submitting your site to Google webmaster tools. Try and get them to review your websites again. It seems like you are doing everything you can to clean things up. Sometimes it can just take time, especially if you have been penalized. Worst case scenario, if you cannot get your traffic levels back up, you may want to start fresh with another domain.

Yeah I agree with these suggestions.

If worst comes to worst you might have to just do a 301 and start a new site. It sucks but it does happen in some cases.

Otherwise build some web 2.0 with good content and link it to your money site. This should help as well.

Yeah Web 2.0 and blog comments would be a great and "white hat" way of getting your back links.
