I?ve noticed huge pattern of movement in websites on 27-11-2014
Last month they had an update 3.0 :| why don't they calm down
what affected the site most? I mean in which parameter the website got hit?
Source ? i didnt notice any movement
https://goralewicz.co/blog/penguin-3-1-update-released-today/ saw it there aswell , anyone can post a more detailed article about this would be great
yeah it affected my sites a lot
and the weirdest thing that i saw is one of my fanpages that is ranked #1 on google shows me this error in description:
"A description for this result is not available because of this site's robots.txt - learn more."
Whatever updates, SEO off page aka backlinking never die! Always think quality over quantity in link building.
you know what i am sick of your BS comment on every thread man , i am shocked nobody reported you yet
OMG I see sites going up and I see sites going down. WTF??? Have I smoked too much weed? The sites are movin' all over the place. I see lots and lots of movement here, they just keep crawling up and down and movin, just body movin, keep yo body movin. This is strange man I feel dizzy.
Its the universe man the fucking universe man, do you know what I'm saying man its the universe thats what i am saying man.
Let's all brag/complain here about how our websites jump up and down in SERPs.
since i never expirence this before, now my site is drop for almost all keywords 50 positions or more.. was on page 1-3 now 7-10. how long these updates last and is there way to recover or just leave site and start new one?
Forgive him, for he is just a bot.
there was no update xD
Of course there was no update, every time some n00b sees a change in rankings he goes looking for a SEO blog that confirms his suspicions and then comes here to open a thread and tell us that Google did a massive update because his site jumped from #3 to #25 for his main keyword.
To all the skeptical BHatters, just take a look at http://algoroo.com/
and you'll see that it's real.
Actually there's medium Goog activity (that's what they call it) on algoroo. It's been going on for about 3 days now. My other two sites are actually going up in ranking, but the type of SEO I use for them is the same as the SEO I use for my clients' sites. So could the reason be on-page SEO? Not really sure yet. Hopefully the rankings go back to where they used to be after a few more days. Don't know what's causing the shift in rankings yet, but I will update once I see some pattern.
How about we post our observations and not just some "holy shit my rankings are going up and down!" so we can see a major pattern, if there's any.
I noticed it on my serpbook accounts that some keywords movement was really awestruck.
I noticed some ups and downs as well this well.
my one site got hit it was on first page and now it is on 4th page and home page now where it was on second page... what to do
