Its little interesting that i guess penguin 2.1 is only effected to blackhat backlinked sites. And does not effect or little effect on duplicate content.
I have some websites with fully duplicated content and some of them spun content. Penguin 2.1 effected on good way to these sites.
And other black hat backlinked sites sent to cosmos.
Anybody agree?

Now game is open back as like as 1 years ago. When i did only on page optimization to do ranking. Lets see what happened. My lots of website ranking back with and also traffic increasing. Thanks Google to released it,

Can't agree with you. My main site is blackhat only and went up from 55 to 37 (but since my linkbuilding is in progress, it could have been the same without the update I guess)

2 site from 20 + got affected, from 2,3 page of Google went to 21,22 page now showing positive movement for last 3,4 days, at present there are in 17.18 pages of Google .

I think google is trying to reduce the level of effect of penguin just like it did for panda, instead it will roll out at regular intervals

I've had 10 of my sites from 1st page #5 ranking to 3rd page...

I can see some improvement in my dropped ranking, good sign but things are not same like previous
