Penalty Or Other Issue???

Hi Recently i got stuck in a wired case..

My site has different country pages like usa, uk, germany, australia

Now each country is doing good in google except UK and USA

On further research I am quite assured that These pages got some kind of penalty.

When i search some unique lines from that page, instead of my website page other websites pages are ranking also the link on the uk page are not indexed.

All the content on these pages are unique except the shopping cart

each page has the same products and these products pages has dynamic url structure with view id parameter. In google webmaster central, Google shows that it is neglecting this parameter.

Also I think the reason for penalty is aggressive do follow blog comment spamming

Any suggestions remove this penalty?

You can't geo-target website pages for different countries ESPECIALLY the USA and UK which both are English. That is called duplicate content.

The only way to do this in Google's eyes is to make separate domains (preferably with different TLDs) and in your WMT you set the preferred location to geo target for each domain. I have no doubt Google brought down the hammer if you have pages on the same domain saying basically the same thing and saying one is for UK and one is for USA.

You will get better information about your troubles in Big G's webmaster forums but you'll have to post your domain name and follow some posting rules if you don't want flamed. Be prepared to be under a microscope if you take that route. You might need some thick skin if you're doing any BH stuff.
