Penalized site - Can i get it back?

Hey, I have got penalized one site and it's probably because of competitors that sent p00rn and sh1t links to my website. So is there any chance to get it back or it's gone ?

Yes, we recently had a client hacked with an injection of spam pages. Each page was targeted with toxic links. It takes time to recover but if you compile a disavow list and explain to Google what happened they can work with you. Still the reconsideration process isn't cut or dry.

If the website wasn't making you much money you are sometimes better off starting over with a clean slate. Recovering a website isn't your best interest all the time.

suggesting any thing without knowing nature of penalty would be useless. please share the "nature of penalty" like penguin, over seo etc etc and size of the website as well as site age

Every niche has got its own share of problems. Very true that competitors target with neg seo the moment you are somewhere close to first page. Don't know who spends so much time and resource for these things without knowing whether it helps their site or not.
