Can someone recommend what a store owner (specifically CBD) should do if there current one was penalized in the past? According to a 2014 article it stated that simply changing domain name could still keep its history attached to it. What is the proper method and if I have to go brand new would a niche term (not CBD lol) benefit this niche. For example: healthy oil (dot) Com
