Penalization expert needed

So i have been on the forum for a while now and I have sucessfully got 2 of my websites for my niche to #1 and #2 however my competitor was #3 so he decided to get me penalized and now he is #1

I need to figure out a way to get my 2 sites unpenalized. There must be some expert on here that knows what was done to my sites to get them penalized in a few hours.

I know it is him because he also has another niche for wedding dresses and he was #5 and he also penalized everyone in front of him so he can get to position 1.

How is this posible that I have invested so much into my sites for a chinese spammer to come and penalize sites in front of him?

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP! I WILL PAY FOR SOMEONE TO ASSIST ME

Wait.. so let me get this straight.

You had two websites at #1, and he later moved up to #1 moving your site down? I don't see how this is a penalty.

Build more backlinks to your site. Do a little browsing in the services section and you'll find a lot of good services.

Scrapebox, Xrumer, Social Bookmarking, Article Submissions... etc.

Simple, I'd just recommend try the googlepray meta tag. Just fill in the keywords you want to rank for and add this to your <head> section, you'll see results in no time:

This helped me get to #1 on EVERY keyword I ever wanted. EVERY single time in like 3 minutes after submitting my website :D

Pro tip: they're laughing at you, not your situation. If you were penalized, you'd be taken out of the rankings completely.

It's most likely just a dance, blast it with more links and you'll pop back up.

btw, read up on Google. "google dance" in particular, that should help you understand things better.
 
There is one thing that works 100% of the time to get around a sandbox filter (I'm assuming that's the penalty you have?). Create a backup of your current site (BackUp Buddy works awesome for this), copy it all to a similar domain, then redirect each individual page on the sandboxed site to the corresponding page on the new domain. 301 redirects will pass link juice, so all your backlinks will still count, but won't pass on the sandbox filter
 
I just don't get why everybody's laughing instead of trying to help. A little humor is nice but I see only one post on the topic.

This is beginning to be a real problem. I myself used to believe "backlinks can't hurt you cause then competitors can do harm .." but now I figure out this is so wrong. I read many case studies and in most of them Google (Matt Cutts?) accepted / implied that there was a "spam" filter that can penalize a site. No matter who created the spam backlinks.

I think google has to find a fix for this. They can offer a way for the webmaster to accept / decline links to his/her site. Otherwise the SEO will turn into lowering down people instead of increasing your rankings.
