Peerfly and Blam Ads + Youtube - Noob question

Hey, this will be my first post on this forum but I visiting it about a year or so. I'm 16 and I'm registered on sharecash but not earning very much ( I mean maybe 300$ month but I want to make more because like every human I want to make my all dreams come true so yeah ). I used "search" button and read all topics related to peerfly but everything messed up my mind much more than before. Firstly I was think this will be easy way to make money but when I read I can't promote direct links on youtube it wasn't that sweet . Maybe I'm wrong so I have a questions:

Peerfly:

1. eg. I will promote Apple Ipad 2 offer. Can I upload videos related to Ipad/Apple products and leave a direct link in descritpion to offer ? or I will get banned?
2. If I can't leave direct link can I create landing page and then leave that page url on youtube Ipad related video ?
3. Can I use facebook fansites wall to promote my landing page with offer ?

Blam Ads:

Can I use sites like microworkers to promote offers?

U wont get banned putting the link in the description but its better 2 create a landing page, for a higher conversion rate.

I've tested both using a HTC phone offer; and the landing page defintely converts a little higher than a direct link.
