PEDIGREE section to mywebsite (help needed please)

i would like to add a section to my website for people to add there own pedigrees for there own animals
i have searched for days to find this info for along time now but nothing.

could anyone give me any tips on any plugins or anyother method to do this

i have paid hosting and WP website.
