Dharanshala in Himachal pradesh And ladhak in kashmir is one of the most peaceful places to visit. They have spiritual vibes so you will feel internal peace as well.

And if you really want to feel internal peace, go to Golden temple-I cant express in words. You will feel it yourself.

Peaceful, calm, relaxing? Why not go on a SAUNA tour of JAPAN? If you want it to be a CHEAP yet relaxing vacation, stay away from Tokyo. Still, Japan offers some great R&R for the weary of soul.

Nepal. November is probably too cold for the Himalayas though.

India is a massive country, so I'm sure you can find a peaceful place somewhere.

I will suggest you go to Golden Temple(Amritsar). It is the best place for peace. You feel like heaven here specially in the evening.
