PDF To Wordpress Post Work Needed

I have a compilation of PDF's that I need converted into wordpress posts. I want to keep the images and other styling just as they are and the text needs to be able to get indexed by the search engines. I have tried software but none of them can do the job and I have little time to manually do them myself.

I am looking to pay $5 per completed post.
