PDF on 1st place - how can I leverage it?

Hi,
In several core-terms, I got the first place, which was supposed to give me something like 20000 visitors a month. unfortunatly, the result is a pdf brochure. The pdf itself is very technical and has 0 converstion. besides optimizing the pdf or upgrade it's content - How can I take this advantage and make the visitors go to a regular webpage?
can 301 redirect work? should I copy the pdf content to a webpage with the same content?
any ideas?

If you copy the pdf content to a webpage your are going to have to make sure the webpage is set up and SEO'ed correctly so you don't get knocked down in the search engine, which would eliminate the whole point...

Well, it's a legit site and I don't want to create any risks.
301 to the money page will work for some time until google will notice and remove the PDF form the SERP.
