PC issue

For all the computer experts here Ive got an issue since yesterday.. when I turn on my PC winodws 7 it shows the first screen with all the boot menu options then the screen goes black and nothing happens... how do I solve it?

Restart the computer, repeatedly tap f11.
Find your closest blunt object and vigourously thrash the monitor/screen of your PC/Laptop until nothing appears on the screen.

If you have a CD input, eject it and snap it from the computer. In the hole you made in your screen try to place your CD drive into the monitor, use force if necessary.

Place the computer in a hot bath for 1-2 hours, lather with soap. Bath bombs optional.

Tell me if this works?

reboot your system again, if it happens again
press F2 , to enter setup,
then select option select first boot device as cd drive or usb
insert ur windows 7 bootable cd or flash drive
select "repair" option in the wizard.

Note : after windows set up completed better to download a S/W called"autostandby pro"(free trail version available)

it prevents u from the sudden shutdown, sleep, and hibernation..

turn on your PC.. boot in save mode by press F8
if you able to boot in save mode, sometimes that problem because :
1. Resolution to high, try down grade your resolution to 800x600 or 1024x768.
2. Your system not compromise, bot lats know good configuration.
3. Your windows in trouble, repair or re-install your OS.

It can be a motherboard/graphic card issue in worst case scenario.
This happened on my desktop once back in the day, it was a motherboard issue. The same happened ~2 years ago on my mother's notebook, it was a graphic card issue in that case. Not too long ago this happened on my Lenovo too, although it wasn't neither of those issues fortunately. I read up on it and it turned out that it's a model specific problem and i need to remove the battery, boot without it, which solved the issue for me.

A few things you can try:
1. Remove the battery and boot without it.
2. Try to boot in safe mode, if you can.
3. Search on Google for the specific model of your machine/config and the description of the error your experience, you might find something.
4a Try to repair the Win installation the way someone described it above.
4b Make a backup copy of your important files (i guess you need to take out your HDD and put it into another machine), format your HDD and reinstall the OS.

Edit: Scratch "1. Remove the battery and boot without it.", if you have a PC and not a notebook obviously.
