This software is awesome! With some setting tweaks I am able to call now. Move over Asterisk! Its meant for call centers though impressed me as a solo user, I can check logs to find any problems then look up the code.
I setup my 1888 number successfully and began making some calls, mainly as a backup line for now. There are local phone numbers in my state that I will buy (5) to cover the most geography when calling. If they are local to 209, I can call them from one of those numbers starting at a cost of like $4.3 a month. When someone does not pick up I simply can call from the softphone.
Obviously I'm excited, though the Auto Dial feature(s) are what I set this up for. Shiznit, you can even caller ID spoof Id imagine if you wanted, with the right VOIP provider (Mainly against TOS). My idea for the conference is to hang out in the conference room, auto-dial, hang out and wait for live connections. There are some issues to work out, like the costs. Although there is a "Hot Desk" feature.
Took off IVR to improve conversions. I still have to explore possibilities for the Fax feature. Will update if and when I have the auto-dial feature setup, I hope I don't have to upgrade my license though its somewhat to be expected.
