Pbn's with 103 different links

Had an email that's asking me to sign up to a service that supplies pbn links, nice choice of site, however.

First pbn I checkout has 103 articles on there all going to different pages.

I used to have my own pbn, and only ever found it ranked anything when the link came off the homepage, am I right in saying there will be no link juice off this pbn with 103 outbound links, and not even on the homepage?

Yes. Sounds like worthless links best used in t2 or t3.
