I've noticed that some of my older PBNs lost a significant amount of juice according to majestic and such tools (expired domain, all I did was design + 20ish good posts on it)

So I wonder, what do you guys do to avoid that?
Buying pbn links pointing to your PBN site or something else?

(I'm mainly asking for adult niche pbn sites)

What type of content do you had on your adult pbn sites ?

The only thing you can do to stop this is make the site look like a real site based on what the site was about.

So you guys setup PBN and forget about them? Its your duty to keep them alive and keep building links to them unless you are selling services.

It does.

Yeah, I'm aware of that, but with 15 or so it becomes a bit impossible.

What is the advised route? Buying pbn and such links to own pbn?

You think 15 is a big network? Avoid PBN links for your PBNs, Go with fresh or expired web 2.0s, and tiered link building approach, cheap and easy.

buy more pbn... it's only natural to lose juice with time, even if you rebuild the website

Are you supposed to blast your PBN sites with those cheap low quality $5 / $10 services? Or just keep posting content? I seem to have read different stuff everywhere, what would you say is the most important way to maintain them?

I never said, blast them with cheap links, I mean go with link building for your PBNs.

How are you maintaining your pbn.? Did you just get them and then leave them ?

now google filtering adult sites
Can you explain this in detail please? Where can I find an article regarding this (so I can learn)? Thanks in advance for your help! Will be so much appreciated!

I made them as real as they can get, nice and proper. Then I simply add an occasional post every other month or so (a big one).

Hence my question, what to do about backlinks for it.

There is nothing really you can do about it - except maybe 301 a good domain to boost them up, but cannot really do that to your whole network. Thats why is better to start with good domains, that even losing 50% of their links in 3 years, still can do the job. If you build 30-40 RDs PBNs, its quite possible to end with 10-15 RDs in 2-3 years and they reach a point where it doesn't make sense to renew them.

Run a test and see if the PBN's you built will still have positive results when linking from them. No need to worry about what Majestic or other third party metrics are reporting as long as the original backlinks are still in place.

Now I am not a pro. However, I had a small PBN before but gave it up after costs, time involved to successfully manage a successful network.

Anyways, if you are loosing juice. Either start link building or cut the domain loose and replace it. This is going to happen time and time again with your pbn domains eventually I find. No matter how well you manage them, as your OBL is constantly getting higher and higher, etc.
