As I mentioned I'm not really in SEO anymore, I'm not the best to advise on this...I only rank my own sites these days. Between 1.5-2 seconds is generally good, but as I said I'm not in the position of authority on this matter you should really search around.

link building is just getting more and more creative these days and its not just limited to PBN's.
