Hi,

Everybody is talking about 301 redirecting to money site with PBN and I want to know more about it.
What's a PBN? Some kind of blog on blogspot.com? How can I create one to use it to link to my sites?

A Private Blog network is basically a network of sites that you own yourself. Generally, they are repurposed sites purchased off expiring domains. The value in this is that all the links / link juice flows from the expired domain to your money site.

But how do you get traffic to those sites if they're only for redirecting?
 
you put real content on them..
you're not redirecting them... just send links to your money sites
you buy domains that already have links on them...and you also build new links to them..
its not cheap but safest method long term
 
Private blog network you can build your own tiered backlink pyramid using blogger, etc..

All the link juice that's concentrated on your blog network will all flow to the sites you link from. The more link juice the better chances of having a serp increase.
 
Can I also use blogger for this?

Yeah, the idea is to buy expired authority domains, re-do them so they are relevant to your niche, then link your money site.
 
OP i think you need to read around more on how private blog network worksand search how to build one. It's kinda complicated and very expensive if you are on a tight budget

As others told its the private blog to make link to your money site to increase SERP level fast and safe.
In extra you need to concentrate on some metrics while choosing the expiring domains,
They are
Domain Authority,
Page Authority,
Extablished Links
Citation Flow,
Trust Flow,
Not PBN before
Having authority links are not
Not having Chinese links
Etc

There are many things you need to follow while creating PBN sites.
You dont reveal any footprints. So want to do some careful methods.
