Hello, I will create a PBN network. There is an issue I am curious about. How effective is the domain extension? If I create it on cheap domains such as .info or .xyz instead of .com domains, will it reduce the seo effect?

It's not an issue to start with .info domains because these extensions are preferable ones too

So, develop a domain with the extension and improve the site metrics there is no worries with the SEO effects

domain extensions don't matter directly. I mean, SEO-wise you can rank just about any extension. But the question is: what happens when one of your PBN sites becomes popular you'll get organic visitors from google? At that point having a .com website looks much more professional, don't you think?

Anyway, when you're just starting out don't stress too much about extensions, although... if I were you I would throw a couple of .coms and .nets in there, especially for the domain names that have high branding possibility. At the very least you will be able to sell those domains / websites for more money because of their brandability and .com extension should you not be able to care for them anymore. Think long term, amigo!

The only thing that matter for a quality expired domain is its backlink profile.
Tld, PA, DA, CF, TF etc etc are just some metrics.
Focus on domain with good backlinks profile.
