PBN vs Web 2.0 Network

Web 2.0 its free and everybody can get it and the other one is expensive and hard to get good one.
What do you think?

PBNs. However, who goes for Web 2.0. Is someone who can't afford PBNs or someone is already using PBNs but want to diverse his anchor texts.
If you will go with Web 2.0s, I recommend start with Expired ones. the original new ones are so weak.

You can also use new Web 2.0s but point some PBNs to them so they will start passing some juice through Tier 1.

Correct, but if you have decent PBN it's worth the cost as you control these sites, unlike the free platforms.

Totally agree. Also they can delete your blog and lost all content and backlinks

Yup. Had this happen with me using wordpress.

I think some of the web 2's are getting wise to using their platform for promotional use.

This can't even be compared in any way. Powerful PBN built on strong auction domains is X times more powerful than a few web 2.0 links, regardless on how good your web 2.0 properties are. PBN and web 2.0 shouldn't even be considered to be in same category in any way.

For low- or medium-comp keywords, web2.0s can do the job. Expired work better, of course, but if you have a bit of patience, you can make some great new web 2.0s which can work great, as you build them with one goal in mind. But they take time to build, pump, and then transfer the juice. Personally, I mix them.

They cost me nothing but some half-automated time.

That being said, good PBNs are way more powerful than web 2.0s. But for a newbie, it's OK to start with web2.0s and learn along the way. That should get you some experience, which will later come in handy when building PBNs or buying PBN links.

I've had some pages ranking nicely with 30+ links/posts on expired web2.0s. However, just 5 PBN links to a similar page (kw difficulty, Number of searches, etc) did better and was more resilient to drop in SERP later on - easier to maintain ranking.

Best answer is - use both - and get links from other places as well. When the media waffle on about diversity these days, take that on board. Link diversity counts for a lot. A PBN, and WEB2.0 and forum and blog and.. all in moderation, all to the right recipe. Good luck OP :)

PBNs obviously. Web 2.0s are free and best at diversifying anchors or moving extremely low competition keywords. Use a mix of both for best results.

Obviously, PBN is Powerful than Web 2.
