PBN vs Guestposts?

I decided to buy guestposts or pbn links (or both lol) . Lets just say I can buy only one . The have the same metrics pretty much the same RD spam free and stuff. Which one should I choose? PBN or guestpost?

I'm talking only for ranking and not traffic . Which one will help me rank more?

in your specific case I'd go for Guest Post, (you said same metrics same BL profile).
But usually the guest posts don't stay on homepage, or if they stay, they stay there some days tops.
And also, the obl of the entire domain will be a lot higher in case you go with guestposts, and it's also more expensive.

On the other hand, it's more whitehat.
Imo, it depends on your website, and how much you earn with it. (so, what your budget is)
It also depends on what strategies your competitors are using to rank.

The perfect approach imo is to go with both, PBNs for power, and Guest Post for link diversification + looking clean when your competitors check up on you.
 
Guest posts are more white hat, involve less work (pay the writer and then do something else), and usually have better metrics (you're not going to recreate business.com with a PBN). Also no need to maintain hosting or worry about foot prints.

PBNs, though, allow much more control. For example, imagine your site gets penalized or never quite ranks how you want. The guest post won't ever point at a new domain. It's "stuck" pointing at a money loser. Also, you have more control over PBN anchors.

What I'm doing now is this. On sites where I'm more aggressive I choose PBNs. On sites where it's low comp, and can thusly rank easy, i do primarily guest posts knowing once I rank I can walk away.
 
One thing that haven't been mentioned here... what kind of guest posts? If you mean those "real guest posts" that are being sold on the forum, well, those are just shitty PBNs with slightly decent design. Be careful about what you are buying.

Hello thanks for your reply, I was talking about buying a PBN link here on BHW(not hosting one) or buying a real guest post from real sites. My site is blackhat so..

Go with guest posts then, if the price and strength is the same. Mix it up eventually, but this time, go with GPs.
 
I suggest you go with the real guest post, which will help you to increase your rankings.
 
My comfortable choice is PBN.Minimum amount of risk and great usage also.so you may go for high metric level PBN

Then definitely you should contact a Manual outreach service (Real guest blogs) Or else you end up with a themed PBN. Just like he said.
 
If you want to be more safe and also if you have good budget then you can go with guest posts or if you have small budget but you need to get ranked then you can go with PBN's. Also you are saying "they have the same metrics pretty much the same RD spam free and stuff" so i would suggest you to go for PBN's

And IMO we can use both PBN's and Guest posts for the better result.. :P

Nowadays both PBN and Guest posts are same. So, please go ahead PBN with the latest method.
 
Both are good, Don't hesitate to try these. Quality links will give you ranking.
 
For a competitive keyword you can go with Niche relevant guest posts and PBNs.
Cause both of them will increase your rankings.
In both the blogs Content is more important than other factors. If the blogs have quality content you can build links for low quantity.

So,both the PBNs and Guest blogs Content is important to get good rankings.
