PBN site not indexed : what should I do?

Hi,

I checked my newly born PBN (11sites) and one of the domain is not indexed. It's a domain I wasn't sure of and got for cheap. I logged it in google webmaster console and there you have it : manual penalty for aggressive spam. It must be the previous owner of the domain because I don't spam of course.

Question 1 : Should I ask for a recheck by google? Fearing that they might realize that the content is thin (2/3 pages) and quite obiously a PBN site... Or should I cut my losses and forget about it?

Question 2: in case I just forget about it, can I reuse the content from this site elsewhere and delete it on my penalized domain ?

Just he's rid of it, I don't think it's worth the hassle.
As long as content isn't indexed in Google then you can reuse it.
I think you can tell Google to remove site from index in wmt can't you?

Google won't remove the penalty unless you make the site look really good with a lot of content.
