How do you Setup your PBN's?

Dont know what I'm doing wrong but no movements in the serps after linking to moneysite. I bought 2 domains (One has 80 RD and the other one hast 90 RD). I'm no guru (haha) but I think they are free of spammy link. So the in my opinion the backlinks are ok.

I got the domains from a backorder service.
  • Immediately after getting the domains I recreate 3 articles from webarchive (on the same day) for each domain. Besides the theme I add "about" and "contact" page.
  • I let the them rest for about 2 months and than I create an (self written) article and I DONT link to my moneysite.
  • After this I write another article (with picture and a video in it) and link out to my moneysite (around 600 words).
After 4 weeks still no movements in the serps. I have the feeling they lost the link juice.

So my question. How do you setup your PBN's?
Thaanks in advance!

- 4 weeks is not enough to tell nowadays, sometimes they show effect after 2 - 3 months or longer
- 4 articles is not enough in my book, that might have an impact as well
- Free of spammy links... well... you would be surprised. :)

OH ok thanks guys. last year the impact was always faster.
ok than i will also try to rase the numer of articels. I will keep you updated

I post stuff from archives and drop feed 10-15 scraped related articles over a month with interlinks to the page where I intend to link back to MS. Then after a month I link to MS and drop feed 1-3 more scraped articles. I throw in social signals for good measure.

I usually see impact within a month from just 1 good PBN. But it depends on your niche.

The biggest mistake we do while setting the PBN is not recovering the site based on best by links. You said your one PBN has 80 Ref. domain. Did you check all links pointing to your homepage only or other pages? I got a domain a few days back with 200+ ref. Domains where only 47 Ref. The domain is pointing to the home page. Rest of the links are distributed randomly on several posts. So what I did to gather the list from AHREFS following best by links option. Then set those URL again and try to up all the essential links to get the most link juice possible. If I don't recover these post, whatever I have 200+ ref. Domain or not I will get the link juice from 47 links only. Rest will stay as a no or metrics only. So check your link profile where most of the links pointed actually. And following Nargil facts, those might be the reason also.

Yeah good point redirection will be great. But i am trying to do it in this way. I know its time consuming but still not that bad :-)

actually what i meant in my last post is that usually i get no effects from redirecting these

There might be a time in the future, when I will read some guru SEO blogs, but it won't be today. :)

At least he give an explanation. I think you dont know if a link works after 3 months because other factors can happen in that time
Sorry for my english

There's at least a dozen major factors in play.

- Your keywords are too hard.
- Your onsite is terrible.
- Your anchor profile is terrible.
- You fucked up velocity.
- Your site is shit overall.

Still, if you are ranking somewhere and you add a few high profile PBN links, you should receive a boost eventually. Unless you fucked up massively.

Thanks for the tip but yes I checked that. I re-created the two

Thanks guys for your feedback.
But just to remind to my question „how do YOU setup your PBN“!? :)
I know there are too many factors thats why I ask just the question with my way that maybe you see there already a mistake or to see a different approach.

It would depend if it is aimed at a non-local or local target keyword
